Our Returns/Refund Policy
Once an order is placed, a full refund will be provided IF the issue is at the fault of Skinny Water Marine. All other refund requests are subject to paying the fee that Skinny Water Marine paid to process the order.
Customers must receive an authorization number (RMA) from Skinny Water Marine (SWM) prior to returning any products. Customers are responsible for return freight and must include the authorized RMA number on the box. If available, please include a copy of the invoice or packing list for the original shipment. RMA numbers are valid for 60 days from issue date. There is a 25% restocking fee for non-warranty or non-SWM error returns that are returned over 90 days from purchase date. Items returned without a RMA Number are subject to refusal or a 25% restocking fee. Freight Collect or COD returns will be refused. All items must be returned complete.

Shortages and damaged products must be reported to SWM within 5 business days of receipt. Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival to ensure good condition. All in-transit damaged merchandise must be claimed with SWM. For truck freight, either refuse shipments with obvious exterior damage or write damaged on the Bill of Lading and contact SWM within 5 business days. (Freight companies have strict rules regarding claims; all claims must be filed within the 5-day window.)

Warning- If one of Skinny Water Marines-approved chargers are not purchased or used with the battery, Skinny Water Marine is not responsible for your battery not charging properly. Many of the labeled lithium chargers on the market are not set up to charge our batteries at the correct voltage. We highly recommend to purchase and use our chargers only.
